About Warm Studio | Studio One
Studio One is a bright, coastal-inspired photo and production studio in Costa Mesa, California. The space features our signature white cove, along with an adjoining hangout space with a kitchenette, dining table, office area, comfortable seating, and restroom access.
Please note: The standard rental rate includes the cove area only. The hangout space may be added to your reservation for exclusive access and permission to photograph or film throughout that area.

The space is kept clean 24/7 however, we will do our best in between bookings to make sure that the space is clean and disinfected for the next client.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
