About the Space
Flexible space that is perfect for a dinner party, meeting space, launch event, gallery space, art show, photoshoot for high-end residential kitchen and/or bar. Brick walls, concrete floors, and the bow and truss architecture give this unique space character, and skylights, a large glass door entrance and and 10 ft high windows provide great natural light throughout the day. The space can be dressed up or down depending on the type of event you are having. There is dimmable lighting throughout to achieve the right mood for the event. Two high-end kitchens and a bar were recently installed. There is a 20' island with double workstation sink. Refrigerators may be used to store food during the event but other appliances may not be used. The kitchens and bar are the perfect place for a photoshoot that resembles a high end residential home. Electrical outlets are plentiful in the wall and also drop down from the trusses above. 4 soundproof glass acoustical meeting pods with UV-C antibacterial lighting are also available for use. Pricing starts at $450/hr and goes up to $550/hr. There are two recently updated bathrooms with new wallpaper and tile. Amenities include: • Two designer decorated restrooms • climate control with A/C and heat • dimmable lighting throughout • 20' kitchen island with double workstation sink • wheel chair accessible • located in the heart of Old Town Pasadena

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Celebrated my engagement at this beautiful space and it far exceeded my expectations. My guests throughout the night complimented how amazingly designed the space was. The ambiance felt warm and welcoming. The space accommodated 75 guests nicely even with 5 cocktail tables set up in front of the kitchen area. The extended kitchen countertop allowed enough space for guests to line up and grab catering food without any overcrowding. The location was perfect for my guests who lived mostly in San Gabriel Valley. There was plenty of street parking around the space and a parking facility that was only a 2 min walk away from the space. As far as the hosts, Jeanne and her husband, Raymond were the most accommodating host. Weeks before the party, Jeanne and Raymond help made the planning process an easier experience. They were communicative the whole time and quickly answered all my questions. I met with Raymond at the space to discuss setup and logistics. He prepared the space beforehand to help me visualize how the space would look like the night of the party. Also, he offered me ideas of how the space could be setup to ensure guests have a great time. Couple days before the party, Raymond, followed up with me to see if I needed help to move items around to prepare the space for the party. On the night of the party, Jeanne made sure my guests were comfortable by cooling down the air for us and was available in case we needed anything. Both were gracious and genuine host. Overall, I had an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this space for social gatherings. Perfect design space and location. More importantly, perfect hosts.

Beautiful exposed brick, lighting and furniture that can be left for your utilization. The kitchen space was beautiful and perfect for putting out food and a large charcuterie spread. Many of our guests asked about the space and commented how beautiful it was. Would definitely host something here again. Jeanne and Ray were very helpful and responsive with any questions as well. Highly recommend the space. Besides the location being gorgeous and functional, Ray was extremely helpful and polite. Plenty of parking around the space and tons of street traffic with window fronts.
