This natural light studio in north Houston has easy access to I-45. One side of the space features wood flooring and interior settings, while the other features black-and-white tiles with diner furniture and props. A 3-paper backdrop system is mounted in the rooms. Backdrop colors: - sierra brown - primary red - white Colors are subject to availability due to use. Features: •Changing stall •Jukebox prop (works as a radio/bluetooth speaker) •Counter with vintage cash register and gum-ball machine (takes pennies) •(2) diner booth set •Queen size bed •Various chairs and a couch. •Vanity •Paper Backdrop system •Bathtub (not connected to any drains, can be filled but you are responsible for emptying and protecting the floor) 10/9/24: We are currently redesigning the room for the holiday sets and will begin changing the sets out soon; if you have any questions about a specific set, please get in touch with us to ensure the room will have what you need for your session. Guests are allowed to bring in props, so all props shown may not be available. The studio is a multi-room location; the other rooms can be found under our profile and may have specific props only available in that room. If you are hosting mini-sessions or multiple sessions throughout the booking, please put that in the notes and book according to the largest group. All persons in the room at a given time will be counted as the total guest for the booking. Please ensure your guests know to avoid exchange charges for friends or other unexpected guests tagging along. The restrooms and waiting area are shared with other studio rooms and offices at this location. All guests are to be respectful at all times. You will not be allowed past the waiting area without staff accompanying your group. We do not pre-set before your arrival; no one can enter the room until the exact start time. We offer an assistant add-on to help with any setup during your booking, but unfortunately, our staff does not help with setup. Please include setup and tear down/cleanup time in your booking. Any extra time (before or after the booking time) will automatically be billed in 30-minute increments. We often have back-to-back bookings, so please plan accordingly since we cannot extend the booking. We are only open by booking, and staff typically arrives a little before the booking to ensure the room is ready by the booking time. We do not take any changes to the booking time outside of Peerspace's system; please request an update to your booking if the time needs to be changed. We cannot change the time if you are running late and the system no longer allows you to request a change. We can add an extension if the room is available.
