About the Space
The building is a storefront with two large display windows. Upstairs offers a two bedroom, furnished apartment with plenty of vintage details while being completely updated. Downstairs has a large event space perfect for photo shoots, parties, event space, etc with the possibility of three additional rooms in the back. The event space is 20 feet wide by 40 feet long. Lots of possibilities with this open space (along with a kitchen tucked in the corner). There is a breakfast bar dividing the large space and the kitchen. Lots of vintage lighting, tin ceilings, art and, best of all, an old safe (once upon a time the place was a jewelry store). The upstairs and downstairs are rented separately, but available to be rented simultaneously. The pricing here is for the downstairs only.

Building is thoroughly clean between guests. Gloves, mask and hand sanitizer are all available. There’s also outdoor space as well.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
