About Rancho Contento
Established in 2002 as a hobby ranch by Cowboy Ed, Rancho Contento is ready-made for all kinds of photoshoots. 10 beautiful acres (mostly undeveloped land with horse corrals, a horse area, and a mountain hike on site) with scenic views of both the Joshua Tree National Park and the peaks of San Jacinto Mountains. This end of the road western-inspired desert oasis is ideal for brands and individuals looking to incorporate a one-of-a-kind desert ranch vibe into their shoots. Explore the grounds and connect with nature and wildlife. Take a hike among desert blooms. Look for birds including Quail and Red Tail Hawks. Listen for coyotes at night while stargazing into the Milky Way galaxy. Come shoot. Enjoy a golden cotton candy sunset. Stay awhile. And we’d love it if you helped feed the chickens (Or incorporate the chickens and the coop into your shoot!). Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
