Photo shoots. film shoots the recording studio has a separate control room area with a kitchenette. 1000 sq ft main space with 2 14’ glass garage doors that can be opened or closed for easy loading in or out. Large movable Velvet Blackout Curtains can be changed to light beige colored drapes. Full Audio package with mics can be set up for Recording sessions ( additional fee if engineer is needed)

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
