Suburban Warehouse / Production Studio with Lighting and Video Capabilities

Game Show Gurus is a game show production company. We are based out of Schaumburg, IL. We recently annexed the flex space next to us that was previously a personal training facility. That facility had an open floor plan and two ADA bathrooms including one with a shower and ceiling air conditioning/heating. We have designed this space primarily for our Game Show Experience Studio where guests can participate in a game show with all of the bells and whistles. It will have a 20 foot truss of lights (moving washes, spots, LED PARS, etc) that can be focused anywhere. We will have in place audio visual such as video screens and video monitors. Eventually we will obtain a green screen. We have a full array of video mixers, cameras, and computers to aid in recording and streaming. We will also have tables, chairs, and some items that can be used on sets. We put warehouse shelving along the perimeter of this space but there will be 12ft high black curtains covering them up. Rental of space does not include game show activity. Available at extra cost.
