A professional recording studio with option of hiring film/tv composer/songwriter, and sound-engineer available for producing and/or recording your Voice Over, Songs, Music, incl. mix & editing for any production. Full fitted kitchen that even comes with the choice of an award winning private chef, who will make your breaks feel like heaven. Oh.. and there's a lovely green zen-alike garden that both function as the view from downstairs and a place to sit down and enjoy London's rare sunbeams and a cup of tea (of course). Perfect for Photo Shoots, Instagrammers, Film & Music Video, Chef, food and cooking videos. We have had everything from Celebrities, YouTubers, Artists, Models and Musicians, to Movie Crews, Live interviews, Reality Shows and Music Production. We have also had many lifestyle and animal photo sessions.

Health and Safety Measures

This is a private home, so it is being cleaned daily.Hand sanitisers are present and guest/clients are asked to take off their outdoor shoes. Slippers can be provided. Props and costumes including shoes are allowed, but e.g. no high heal dancing or similar potential damaging props/equipment. If those rules are respected, cleaning is included in the price. If not guest might experience extra charges. E.g. we have a guest room that is usually used for changing, make-up etc. and have previous found hair/make-up color on furnitures etc.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
