Lighting description
The northern end of the space has an open view with 40 feet of windows. The light is ambient all day until sundown. We do have blackout capabilities.

The space is a full floor with no neighbors. The space is not shared. We are located on West 40th street in Midtown. The central air an be controlled in the space. The appliances can be turned off easily

Equipment loading description
There is commercial parking at the street. The parking spaces directly in front of the building are "Press Parking" if you have Press Plates you can park there all day for free. Load in has a freight entrance on 40th street just to the left of the main entrance. Freight elevator is 5 X 7 and opens directly on our floor.

General Rules
Space will be deep cleaned before ever booking. Cleaning during multiple day bookings is the guest's responsibility. We do have a cleaning service that will come in after hours for a $75.00 fee.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture and props can be moved but they do need to be placed back otherwise you might incur a "Reset Fee"

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is professionally deep cleaned before every booking. All surfaces are wiped and floors are mopped.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
