Create your vision, express your art, and allow your voice to be heard. All artists must read and agree to the following house rules. Up to 10 guests only per booking. No more than ten guests inside or outside. Please be specific about the number of artists/guests attending your production. Please make sure the space is clean and tidy for the next artist. Must check out on time. Any time over 30 minutes will be automatically charged as a full hour. Late fees do not allow additional or extra time. No smoking in the building No drugs No fighting No animals at the property. No cats or dogs. The Person renting must be at least 25 to rent the space.
