About the Space
This space is near and dear as we poured a lot of warmth into these rooms for it to feel like home for any shoot. The kitchen is open, which is great for wide shots and we get lovely lighting in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The basement is a large space with wood tables and leather coach. Product and/or homestyle shoots, commercials, film/tv, influencer photoshoots, and other related projects work well in this space. Reach out with any questions-can't wait to hear about your projects!

Wee sanitize and clean all spaces, door handles, sinks and common areas between each guest booking to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the space as well as our guests.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
