About the Space
The 800 square foot workspace is located on the 2nd floor of the warehouse. The 10 foot tall green screen is 19 feet on the left and 22 feet long on the right. Access is via massive freight elevator. The hallway to the green screen studio is 6 feet wide and there is no weight limit. There are hand trucks, piano dolly’s and other carts for moving your gear around the building. There is a standard loading dock and large loading bay on the main floor. The 2nd floor has 2 bathrooms and a utility sink. We have a sewing room onsite with a seamstress on call. There is also a complete woodshop maker studio and a large spray room for painting sets and props that can also be rented. We also have a sound reinforcement company in the building and they can run your next show. Our building is just 3 minutes from the I-5 freeway. The space is available 24/7. Please start your booking process at least 2 weeks prior to filming. Keep in mind there is a 4 hour minimum for this room rental. You need to be in and out of the warehouse per your time frame. There will be a technician onsite to help light and other set up w/props etc. Winter is setting in and the space is unheated so keep that in mind. There is a heater for rent and we will supply you with kerosene at market rate.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

This was an amazing experience. As a professional touring rock band we have lots of moving parts and Tristan, being a musician understood that and made sure we were taken care of from every turn. Simply put, his space was way more than adequate for every thing we needed to accomplish. We highly recommend this space and Tristan.

if I could give 10 stars I would. First of all the space is Amazing, because it's huge and the only cyclorama green screen space in the Seattle area. Also, the owner Tristan goes above and beyond just renting you the space. He constantly looks for ways he can contribute and help out. He offered me the use of additional equipment to use, lights, tripods, and cords I forgot at home :). so when you rent this space you're blessed to have someone who takes an interest in helping you. I can't convey enough about how positive my experience was to you. I would just say that if you need a green screen space to rent, you found it.
