About the Space
Backyard space is good for birthday parties, small intimate wedding reception, baby or bridal showers or other gatherings. Open basement is good for small parties and gatherings. Both space combined cal allow for a larger party size. For an additional cost we offer cocktail tables with table cloths and chairs, barbecue grill, toddler bounce house/water slide and other amenities.

My family and I hosted a baby shower using this space and had a great experience. It was exactly what we needed because we wanted an outdoor space with a grill so we could BBQ as well as indoor space in case of rain. It was clean and look just like the photos. The hosts were very responsive from the beginning and accommodating the day of which made the event even more successful.

Amazing experience with attentive and great customer service that started with the initial request to viewing the space beforehand and continued throughout the day of my event. The hosts were pleasant to work with, accommodating, helpful and flexible with regards to last minute changes. Beyond satisfied! The backyard and basement were spotlessly clean with access to extra amenities. The hosts were lovely to work with and added special touches such as complimentary parking space, use of Bluetooth music equipment and bar.
