SPACES - EXTERIOR The yard has raised bed garden space, a chicken coop, an outdoor movie area with firepit and a trampoline. COLOR Most of the home is painted a warm white. The kids rooms are light pink and blue, and the master is light grey. The exterior of the home is brown. GREEN FEATURES We have a geothermal heating and cooling system. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
