Set down a private road in the Berkeley hills, this 3000sf home includes a wrap around porch overlooking Tilden Park. Amenities include Sauna, Cedar Tub and Cold plunge nestled between giant Redwoods. This secluded retreat is less then two miles from downtown Berkley. I look forward to hosting you and your group!

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors

Beautiful space in a gorgeous location overlooking Tilden park. We used it for a team retreat and it was exactly the nourishing place the team needed to recharge after a grueling work year! We had everything we needed to both do formal presentations and for team bonding. Zach was easy to work with, flexible and accommodating.

It's an incredibly beautiful house with healing environment overlooking the Tilden Park. We regret that we didn't have much time to explore outdoor space the house offers as we had a full program for the day. The host, Zach, was very accommodating when I needed to arrive at his house earlier than the scheduled time to set up.

Zach was extremely accommodating and replied immediately. The house and grounds were fabulous. We filmed an industrial video there and had more than enough room to give us multiple looks inside and outside! The landscaping is fantastic! I only wish I could've stayed there for a week on vacation instead of working there for a day! Thanks Zach!

Zach's home was such a dream. Gorgeous inside and out. It held our group of 20 beautifully as we mourned the loss of a dear friend. Zach is easy to work with and it was a true gift to be in this space.

What an absolute treasure of a home. This place goes way beyond just a space to rent - it's incredibly comfortable with all of the heart and good vibes I could have dreamed up, and feels like the middle of nowhere despite being close to everything. Zach was very easy to work with, and prepared the space for us so all the amenities were ready for us (hot tub AND sauna!!). He also introduced us to his friend that does catering, who created an INCREDIBLE locally sourced feast for my team (check them out at https://devingabhart.com). I'd highly recommend this place for a gathering of most any sort, from tranquil silence to singalongs by the fire. What a perfect place for my team to come together and truly connect.
