General Rules
No Parties unless specified in Booking
Space must be cleaned and left in the same condition you arrived in, otherwise, an additional $125 cleaning fee will be charged.
No loitering outside of studio space.
Same-day bookings will be $75 per hour min. 2 hours
Please leave studio and equipment in the same condition you found it. If the equipment is damaged or not returned the renter will incur a fee.
Overtime hourly rate is $80/hr. Please note that you must be completely loaded out by the end of your scheduled session time.
Please book enough time considering your set up & breakdown time.'
Price after 9pm is $150 per hour.
SPACE CAPACITY: 12 people.
***If you are bringing more than 12 people, a $100 dollar cleaning fee will be charged.
A $200 fee will be charged if you use glitter.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
for wall decorations please use 3M tape or adhesive

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Please leave studio and equipment in the same condition you found it. Cleaning fee of $125 will be applied if not cleaned.
Sweep and leave all garbage & debris in the trash can.
Equipment is damaged or not returned the renter will incur a fee.
A $200 fee will be charged if you use glitter.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
