With its spacious, airy layout adorned with expansive windows, the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between intimacy and openness! This versatile venue is ideal for: - FAMILY REUNIONS - BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS - BABY SHOWERS - ENGAGEMENT PARTIES - DINNER EVENTS - AND MORE Please note: Chairs and tables are not included in the booking. Here are the details for reserving our exclusive event space: Event Space Rental: $500.00 per hour Cleaning Fee: A mandatory cleaning fee of $250.00 applies. Our team will handle cleaning up floors, trash, and other remnants from your event. All personal belongings must be removed by the client and their team. Security Deposit: $500.00 A security deposit is required upon signing the booking form and contract. This amount will be refunded after your event, provided there are no damages to our venue. Staffing Fee: $1,500.00 For safety reasons, we require staffing and security personnel at our private event space. Thank you!

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I just held my wedding at this event space and from start to finish the entire process was a breeze. The communication with both Shante and her office manager Cherelle was incredible, almost immediate responses every time. I felt secure through the whole preparation process. Shante had wonderful, caring energy and took down every detail of how I wanted my day to go. On the tour, Shante’s husband Tremaine greeted my bridal party and I with that same energy, assuring us that the day would be beautiful and everything we imagined. On the tour I also met Dominick, who showed me several options for setup, and made SURE that I was happy with the final result. WOW did they deliver. On the day of, the space was BEAUTIFUL, truly breathtaking. They brought every single idea I had to life PLUS MORE. They threw in beautiful candle holders and trees everywhere. The arch was exactly what I wanted, the Chicago city views were gorgeous and only got better as the sun went down. The bartender, Penny, was so kind and fun. Cherelle was BEYOND accommodating. She even videotaped the entire night on a stabilizer, I really don’t know how she carried that thing around for so many hours 😭😭 I was late to my own wedding and came in with tense energy, but Cherelle just maintained her kind and calm demeanor, which relaxed and softened mine. I just couldn’t be any happier with choosing Horton Luxury Suites to hold such a special event in my life. Thank you all so much for your love and hard work.
