LSP Studio is a beautiful, modern, professional Production Studio located in Boulder, CO. Echoing a cohesive blend of form meeting function, it's an ideal space for Photo and Video creatives looking to have a great in-studio shoot on the Front Range. O V E R V I E W Recently completed with thoughtful attention to design and detail, LSP Studio is managed by La Storia Productions and located within The Studio (Boulder) building; a private, secure, fully-vaccinated, 9,000 sq. ft shared space featuring private Conference Rooms, an Airstream Trailer, and a open-floor plan prep kitchen that can be rented as Add-On items, if helpful. Each Studio rental includes a 15'x14.5'x12' cove cyclorama wall with 15' lighting grid and (4) Bluetooth-controlled, 700W bi-color LED Space Lights (iPad included), for a combined total of 2800 W's of evenly lit stage coverage along with (3) 20-amp outlets on dedicated circuit breakers. Our cohesive open floor plan features a custom-built LED Hair & Makeup Station, a beautiful Client Lounge with comfortable seating for 10 plus a 50" Smart TV pre-wired with built-in HDMI for your Video Village, (2) skylight tubes that can be either opened for airy natural light for photo or closed with the flip of a light switch for video purposes. Also included in your rental are (2) private restrooms, free Wifi, free 24.7 unlimited parking, multiple seamless background colors, patterns, tabletop options and more. We're tucked away in an easily-accessible area of downtown Boulder, CO, overlooking the Flatirons mountain range and conveniently located next to Bona Coffee Shop, McDevitt Taco Supply and Sanita's Brewing Company to make your crafty, catering, 3pm coffee runs, and wrap party coordinating a breeze. LSP Studio is situated inside a secure, fully vaccinated, 9,000 sq.ft. industrial chic shared space with private Conference Rooms, an Airstream Trailer, and a open-floor plan prep kitchen that can be rented as Add-Ons items, if helpful. N I T T Y G R I T T Y We understand first-hand how difficult it can be to find good, reliable locations and hope ours can be a professional, friendly, hassle-free option for folks looking to have a great in-studio shoot on the Front Range. To do that, there are a couple protocols we keep in place on rentals to help keep your team and ours safe: - In alignment with the Vaccine Verification Program outlined in Boulder County Public Health Order 2021-08, we are requiring all studio guests be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to enter the building at this time, during the working hours of 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday. This can be done by showing your vaccination card on the MyColorado App, showing your CDC issued card in person, or sending a photo or digital copy of your card via email prior to your booking start time. - Although our Studio itself is a private, closed-set, the building our studio is situated inside is dog-friendly. If you patently hate dogs or have a serious dog allergy, please let us know as you might not find our Studio to be the nicest place to work. :o) - A certificate of insurance is required for all LSP Equipment Rentals and may be required for LSP Studio rentals.
