Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

All equipment and high touch areas are disinfected along with their cases and surfaces.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has additional space outdoors
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Our massive Cyclorama wall nicknamed “Betty White” is a 1600+ square-foot Monster! Plenty of space for your creative needs including enough room for big crowds, group photos, exotic vehicles, large vehicles and so much more! Paired with our Green screen re-paint packages this Cyc wall Is great for a video, podcasts and anything you need to utilize the green screen effect. Enough parking for about 20-25 cars. 9 marked spaces, 8 unmarked spaces, about 10 cul-de-sac street spaces.

There is LED overhead warehouse lighting throughout the building. Natural light can come through warehouse garage door when open. 6x CLAR Lumi Max 180W Constant Light overhead studio lighting.

Electrical system description

Multiple outlets throughout the studio and building. Circuit breaker locations depend on outlets being used, but are easily accessible.

General Rules

- Smoking outside only - Eat and drink in permitted areas only - No driving vehicles inside(staff member only due to liability purposes) - Stay within designated area marked with safety lines - Do not touch anything that is not yours or rented - No illegal substances - No weapons(Firearms, knifes, swords, or dangerous props) - Shooters deck access requires staff assistance - Any damages to the equipment or space will be the clients responsibility - No one under the age of 18 admitted without a legal guardian escort - Do not stand on or touch the cyclorama wall - No skateboards devices with wheels(other than as a prop) - No smoke bombs. Fog machine only - Do not use any light switches or outlets without approval. - Unplug all beauty electronic products after use. - Any and all nudity must stay within the shooting area only. - Do not take or remove any equipment out of shooting area. - Essential production staff, videographer/photographer and talent only. No loitering.

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Blink Security camera system, covering the entirety of warehouse. Will always be on for security and insurance purposes.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
