Open day and night, our space is home to artists, creatives, and passionate folks in Chicago, who are seeking an inspiring refuge and a like-minded community. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

5 stars is for the full experience, not necessarily the space. I rented the entire space, as listed, for 3 days of confidential work for our business - this means both the common space and the conference room. The space itself was great, it had all the amenities we needed, it was super easy to access, it was set up in a comfortable way, and getting the details we needed for the day and the flexibility of schedule we needed was easy to navigate! What we DIDN'T expect, and wasn't listed, is that there are other tenants in the space in some offices in the back, as well as a small office next to the conference room. Those tenants access the space THROUGH the area we rented and access the amenities (fridge, coffee GRINDER, coffee maker, snack drawer, etc) which very much requires them to cross the space. Those tenants also have visitors that come to the front door and we found ourselves having to direct them to the back. In essence, this made the big space unusable to us due to the confidential matters in discussion. That said. Connecting back with Mallory about our experience was everything you could want and more. She's an incredible asset to this space. She checked in with us ahead of time, during our rental stay, and after. Knowing now what I know about the limitations of the space, and knowing Mallory is there, I would still book it again, just for a very different vibe/reason.

This is our second time booking this Space and our party was a success because of it! The hosts were easy to talk with with and they followed our requests. If you’re looking for a rental venue with free parking, you can be as loud as you want, and can have alcohol in the venue, this is definitely the place. The only issue I had this time is that I think someone from the other room kept taking over our Bluetooth speaker and changing our music throughout the night because it was no one from our side of the party. It became frustrating at times because the volume on the speaker would reach high levels and there wouldn’t be a way to lower the volume because no one in the room was controlling it. Last time, we booked we didn’t mind the random people coming in to go to the other space but this time around it was more people coming in and out and it started to make my guests uncomfortable.
