Our creative studios are dedicated to providing support for all things related to photo, video, and film production. Founded in 2011, we pride ourselves on being a space for creators, curated by creators. We have dedicated countless hours to make the space as film-friendly as possible, with lighting grids, industry-standard power supplies, and meeting areas built in. Message us to set up a scout and host your event at The Annex! Alongside production shoots, we have seen music, weddings, fashion, artist events and more. With a string-lit patio and production style warehouse space, this venue has all the amenities and access you might need. Ask us more about our suggestions for event flow through the space. The Annex features a cyc wall, 4 adjustable lighting grids, total blackout ability, exterior spaces, vanity rooms, multiple lounge areas, art department mill/scene shop, ample truck loading, drive-in ability, production supplies and sets. AC and Heating now available! (Yes, we have it all.) There are some additional fees for use of the following amenities: AC & Heating Units (2 Available): $250 per unit per day Cyc Repaint: $300 Cleaning Fee (If not returned to normal state*): $500 *We’re a small team that works hard to cater to all of our clients' needs and respect the neighborhood. If the studio is not returned as it was found, a cleaning fee will be incurred. To avoid fee (brooms, mops, and dust pans provided) floors swept must remove trash no overflowing dumpsters bathrooms tidy liquids or oils, such as smoke machine or car oil, must be cleaned up studio parking and driving areas must be cleared

We have a professional cleaning service disinfect between each shoot. This warehouse is large enough that social distancing space is a given!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
