Alcohol is allowed within the venue premises, with a corkage fee applicable for wine. In regards to the venue regulations, please note the following: * The venue strictly observes New York noise regulations. * All events must conclude as per the agreed-upon schedule. * The venue does not have on-site parking facilities. * End times for events must be strictly adhered to for smooth transition and handover. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The venue was absolutely stunning in person. Veronica and her team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of for our event. Their attention to detail were truly impressive. She anticipated our needs and provided everything we could ask for. The event planning process was a breeze, thanks to her seamless coordination and organization. The catering service was the icing on the cake. The food was delicious & beautifully presented. We were so impressed with the overall experience that we have already decided to book the space again for our future events. The combination of the beautiful venue, Veronica's hospitality & the catering made it an unforgettable occasion. We highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a truly memorable event.

My experience booking this venue was great. They were Very responsive and the staff the day of was great. We were able to come in early to set up for the bridal shower and even were able to extend our reservation. Jennifer was soo helpful!

the 21st Century Loft Space does not disappoint! It is just as it looks in the pictures. The place is clean and modern and really reflected well on my partner and I. I had lots of questions throughout the process and was readily answered with warmth. I ordered food from them, which was super affordable and convenient. The staff on the day of was super accommodating and kind. Our guests loved the space and the food. I would use this place again and again. Also...a big plus for our guests was a nearby parking garage that was $16 for the full day (if you have the Spot hero app).
