Nestled in our backyard, right in the middle of some of LA's most famous streets (Melrose, Beverly, LaBrea, Fairfax) is our artistic 375 sqft detached studio with a private, gated entrance and a private outdoor patio. The newly-built space is filled with charm, character, and high-end touches. It's been a favorite retreat for our Industry friends while visiting LA, and now it could be the perfect place for your photoshoot, a film location, lead a yoga class, or just get away for a minute. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
