About the Space

Versatile production space that was formerly a junkyard. Vehicles and props available. Great for photos shoots, video shoots, and rehearsal space. There are so many spots on this site that work great for photo and video shoots. We have 1 bathroom onsite. There is currently not heat or air. Vehicles onsite for your use at no additional cost: 65 Ford Galaxie 82 Jeep army mail truck 54 Ford mainline 59 Rambler 65 ford F150 Please Note: We do have tenants in other buildings on the property. If you require complete silence for your video shoot please make a request and we will see if the tenants can accommodate.

Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Fantastic space! They were accommodating and were even nice enough to meet us for our sunrise call time to make sure we had everything we needed! Cannot recommend enough!

Brandon was an excellent host! Great communication, and he made sure that we were comfortable and accommodated well while using his space! The space had even more things to work with than I expected, we shot a music video, and this space really helped bring our vision to life!!! I highly recommend Brandon as a host for any of your creative space needs!
