About the Space
Versatile production space that was formerly a junkyard. Vehicles and props available. Great for photos shoots, video shoots, and rehearsal space. There are so many spots on this site that work great for photo and video shoots. We have 1 bathroom onsite. A heater and fuel can be rented as an add on for $20 per hour what a video walk through here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NO4q9DwmBho Vehicles onsite for your use at no additional cost: 82 Jeep army mail truck 54 Ford mainline 59 Rambler 65 ford F150 Please Note: We do have tenants in other buildings on the property. If you require complete silence for your video shoot please make a request and we will see if the tenants can accommodate.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
