There is a stunning, rustic dining room table in the connecting dining room that seats 12. Upstairs is a majestic master suite decorated in hues of white. The upper deck of the home features wrought iron fencing and overlooks the sweeping property grounds. The private entrance to the property features a winding driveway, bordered on each side by lighting and amazing azalea bushes. In the rear of the property is river access with sandy beaches. There is also a 2-stall horse barn on site with a white picket fence paddock. The home is perfect for informal gatherings/retreats, prayer groups, yoga classes, and board meetings. Overnight accommodation can be arranged at the home for an additional fee outside of the meeting hours. We have two homes for rent on the property and can sleep a total of 14. At Sleepy Lagoon, we take cleaning protocols very seriously. Our housekeepers clean the home thoroughly and then implement a disinfecting process that pays special attention to all high touch areas of the home (door handles, light switches, remotes, lamp buttons, etc.)
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
