A cool creative space for the influencers and tastemakers of Atlanta. Our unique space is located in downtown, just minutes away from Atlanta's Beltline, Perkerson Park and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium. This artsy, multi-level, corner unit has high ceilings and large windows that provide plenty of natural light. A space designed with colors, art and hand paintings to inspire. Our space works great for photoshoots, film shoots, small office meetings, creative thinking, intimate listening sessions, selfies, podcast recordings, film and TV location. When you book our space, you are immersing yourself in the Culture of Creativity & Cool. ACCESS: Loft Entrance: 1st level Living room, Dining area, Luxury kitchen, Half bathroom 2nd Level: 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and comfortable lounge area w/ TV. PRICING: Mon - Thurs $77 per hour Fri - Sun $105 per hour $15 additional per hour for after hour events (11pm - 6am) Holidays are considered peak hours at $100 per hour (New Years Eve, Valentines Day, Cinco de Mayo...ect) This location is not suitable for children gatherings.
