About the Space
This restored early 1900s bungalow is a portal into a magical, imaginative world. The home has an airy, light and enchanting feel and boasts a stunning modern design—all while maintaining the unique features of its original build. Explore endless photo options with the home's exposed ceiling beams, indoor fireplace, farmhouse coop and covered front porch. Clients love the hardwood floors, large quartz-styled kitchen, lush backyard, new Article furniture, claw foot tub, office suite facing backyard, upright piano, raised garden beds, and string lights. Production has also used our basement (not pictured), which is partially finished. Great for: production, film shoots, video shoots, commercial photoshoots, filmed interviews, promotional videos, holiday photoshoots, fashion shoots, food photoshoot, outdoor photo shoots, Before booking, please note: * There is plentiful street parking on the block. * We do not offer tours. * The yard is accessible year-round, however, we only schedule cleanings and put out the outdoor furniture/decor in the non-rainy season (late May-late September.) * The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are steep. * The house is equipped with A/C but we offer additional unites in upstairs bedrooms. * We have 3 outdoor water features, which are occasionally operational. * We manage the listing remotely and cannot guarantee a host will be on-site. We request you make any special requests or accommodations ahead of your shoot.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Zina was very great and communicative. Unfortunately we had to cancel our booking last minute due to unforeseen circumstances, but Zina was very understanding and helpful in rescheduling.
