Cleanliness expectations: The house will be staged and organized exactly as pictured. However, the house will NOT be professionally cleaned prior to each booking. This is not an Airbnb. Therefore, please expect to find some dirt or dust at times on the floors. Trash gets emptied once daily. Depending when your booking falls in the day, you may see trash in the trash bins. If you decide to move furniture around (such as the couch, rugs or bed), dirt, fallen leaves or other things may be found behind or under these items. Also, this is a Florida house and renters open the doors for extended time to load and unload. As a result, insects, roaches or lizards may enter the property. The house gets professionally sprayed for insects weekly, but we cannot guarantee that an insect will not be spotted. If you need the house to be thoroughly cleaned prior to your booking, please inform us in advance and a cleaning fee will be applied.
