About the Space

A entirely renovated gorgeous modern farmhouse in charming Petaluma. The main space features a brand new 1,000 sq foot open plan chef's kitchen, dining and living room with brick fireplace and wide plank white oak flooring throughout. With two vaulted ceilings and 5 skylights, the space opens up onto a large exterior deck with a 14ft cathedral ceiling. 9ft-wide tri-fold glass doors bring the outside in. Just off the deck is a stylish swimming pool, and there's a fountain in the front yard. This modern equestrian property is set on 2.5 acres and boasts two historic barns, including a 110ft-long chicken coop, which can also be made available. Ideal for photo and film shoots, especially in the kitchen which boasts Miele appliances, and an island topped in Calacatta Gold.

  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
