Conference room with with built in TV monitor, HDMI, USB, extension cords, two wall whiteboards. A/C you can control, wifi and well sound proofed. Can fit up to 6 people. Excellent for: - meetings - presentations - table reads - strategy sessions - brainstorming / writing workshops - team building - offsite meetings that are booked 8 hours and/or multiple days a week receive discount * inquire for custom rate. For filming, if more than 5 people, we will accommodate by renting additional space for equipment, additional cast + crew, HMU/ wardrobe etc. Please inquire for more details. Our entire space is 3 stories and 9,000 square feet. The conference room however can only fit up to 6 people for a meeting (the table does not move- it is attached to the wall). Production rate starts at $150/hr (3 hr minimum). We understand each shoot or event is unique.
