We currently have production company filming a third season of a TV show with us We do music videos and urgently looking for our next movie filming. 15,000 SF of warehouse, half racked, half open (with merchandise of course!) Large open floor plan, tastefully furnished office, conference room, kitchen and nice bathrooms. Forklifts, rolling ladders, pallet jacks, carts, 40 Ft High Cube shipping containers are available. Wi-Fi throughout. Loading docks and drive up ramp.

Rigorous cleaning before and after each h shooting as well as everyday cleaning and disinfecting. Special attention to bathrooms and Kitchen and all common areas.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
