There is free street parking on evenings and weekends, and there are two parking garages across the street.

The loft is flooded with beautiful natural light all day, with the most light being during the middle of the day 10am-3pm. The large windows all have shades to control the lighting, but they are not blackout shades. This is an incredible space for natural light and lifestyle image production. There is a service elevator that runs 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday as well as general public elevators the service the building 24/7.

Neighbors are very respectful with sound and we require the same consideration from our guests. Since we are located in the heart of the city, there are of course some ambient city sounds in the background!

Stairs, Elevator, Freight Elevator

There is a freight elevator for any large equipment or props that runs from 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday as well as general public elevators that service the building 24/7. Please just give us a heads-up if you plan on bringing significant materials into the space.

1. Entering the Building: We are in a commercial building that's accessible without a keycard during office hours on the weekdays. You may simply enter the building and head into the elevator. If you are using the space after standard office hours or on the weekend you will need to call us when you arrive so we can let you in. 2. Covid Safety: We must follow building and studio covid rules. Please make sure that everyone in your group is respectful and wears a mask while entering the building, and in the common areas. 3. Cancellation and Overtime: Any cancellations before 48 hours of your booking start time are refundable. We will not be there to let you in before the booking time begins so please factor in setup and teardown into your booking time. If you need extra time, please let us know as soon as possible. 4. Smoking/Alcohol: We have a strict no smoking and drinking policy. If we find smoking or alcohol consumption, we will ask you to leave the studio immediately and charge you a fine. 5. Music: Please be respectful to our neighboring offices, and keep the sound at a low level. 6. Cleanliness: Please make sure you leave the studio exactly as you found it. 7. Equipment and Furniture: You are responsible for setup and tear down. The furniture is vintage and expensive. You are responsible for all damages caused during the rental to be paid in full. When you leave, make sure to return all equipment and furniture to the same spot where you found it. Any items found to be missing or damaged after their session will result in the charge of a fee in the amount it costs to replace it. 8. Nudity: Absolutely no nudity or boudoir shoots in the space. 9. Security: Please lock the door when you leave the space.
