About the Space
This space is great for meetings, photoshoots, and pretty much anything in between. If you are looking for an event space, this is not the space for you. The apartment includes a common area with a full kitchen, large table that would be perfect as a group workspace, and a living room area. The master bedroom has a king bed and a desk. There is also a patio in the back that has some furniture that is great for a break midday. This industrial-style apartment has floor to ceiling windows in the common space and gets a ton of light in all of the other spaces as well.

Our experienced cleaning staff comes between every guest to ensure that everything is sanitized for new guests coming in. They wipe down surfaces, clean the kitchen and bathroom extremely thoroughly, and wear masks while they clean.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
