About HYPR Studios
Location Spacious 3250 sq. foot creative space located directly on the beltline. The space is within walking distance to Krog Street market, coffee shops, restaurants, and more. Parking is available. This space is amazing for photography and film, lighting is included and available upon request. Also available for use as an event space for pop-up’s, corporate events, workshops, product launching, etc. Self check-in is available. -Full kitchen for use which includes a sink, bar area, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. -Chromecast TV -Bathroom -Dressing room and clothing rack -FREE WIFI and bluetooth sound stereo. Space is available for the following: $85/hr for photography and film (lighting included) with 2 hr. minimum $250/hr for events with 4 hr. minimum $60 cleaning fee required for events Max capacity 50 with situational exceptions based on event. Security available upon request - $75

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I hosted my birthday party here with about 40 of my close friends and the venue was PERFECT! It was incredibly clean, looked exactly as advertised and was very easy to decorate for the occasion. Everyone complimented the venue! Ayman was super responsive and made the process much more seamless than I could have asked for. I will definitely be using this space again whenever I need to host an event.

I absolutely loved this space. The layout was spacious. The lighting created the perfect mood for the night. I was able to play my music as loud as I wanted to without disturbing neighbors. The host was quick and responsive throughout the entire night. I got so many compliments about the space. Will definitely book with this host again!

Amazing space! Amazing host! Ayman was so helpful at my little event and even stopped in to check on things. The venue is already set up so beautifully and was exactly what I was hoping for. Also, the music the set up the everything the kindness, everything was immaculate.

Everything about this space was nothing short of amazing. The communication was fast and effective. The space was spacious and provided me with everything I needed for my brunch. A lot of the guest kept asking about it so maybe there might be some extra bookings! I would definitely rent here again.

This was the perfect venue. The owner was very responsive and made sure we were okay from the moment we booked till the end. I had a listening party there and it was honestly perfect . Will book again . 🙏🏾

Where do I start? It’s definitely a place I would use again. It’s clean and the Guys Ayman and Neo were super cool and helpful! Super easy to get a hold of them in desperate time lol. Im extremely happy I came across this location it’s a great space overall.
