Outside food is welcomed, though on-site cooking is not permitted. Alcohol must be served by a licensed caterer for keeping the celebratory spirits high. To ensure a hassle-free event, we have outlined these simple guidelines: • Abide by the required noise norms • The venue must be vacated by the event end time • Ample parking space available for guests • Certain activities such as paid public parties selling alcohol are not suitable for this space. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The mandate ended and I was down to the wire to find a location for a last-minute Sweet 16 for my daughter. Being Prom and Wedding Season most things were already booked way in advance. My girlfriend suggested looking on Peerspace and found AJ's Event Parlour. I immediately fell in love! From the beginning Melinda was a great resource. I had never thrown anything like this by myself before and she was SO helpful. She offered advice, provided recommendations and was very patient with me throughout my bouts of indecisiveness. Always offering encouragement that everything was going to work out just fine. On the day of, we ran into so many obstacles and she and Dean jumped right in to get things going. They were very hands on and showed a great deal of willingness to assist. The night was a smash hit and the young adults had a blast. I was very happy at the end of the night. I would definitely refer them to others and would absolutely use them again for future events!

Melinda was an incredible host. She helped me with planning as well as decorating. She provided food trays and table cloths which was sooo cool ! She also had multiple items available to rent. She as well as her husband made sure everything was set for my baby shower. The space is beautiful and squeaky clean. Thank you so much for everything :). Will be booking in the future !

Melinda helped me plan my birthday party and assisted with every single thing I need it. The venue was clean, as pictured and big enough for the number of people I had. I contacted a few hosts when I started looking for my place and Melinda was by far the best one: very quick responses (if not within minutes), provided help and feedback, provided the items I was missing ; marquee numbers, table runners, chaffing dishes etc. I would recommend them a million time if I could. We booked her venue on the same day 12/18/2021 for my daughter's 30th birthday dinner party! She had everything set for me she even gave me linen to use! She helped me in everyway to make my event memorable for my daughter! Her husband was awesome as well! Anything we needed he was right there to assist!! I love the everything about the venue! I have 2 people who is ready to book he Venue! Everything came out beautiful! My daughter was very happy and that's all that matters to me! Thank you so much Melinda for everything!
