We are excited to offer an Industrial Warehouse located In Downtown Los Angeles. It features rustic industrial architecture, rich with grit, 200 amps of Distro, 30' x 30' cyk wall, production supplies, Custom Flats, texture & a lot of character! This space was designed from the ground up by THE DRIP GROUP, with your creative in mind. Every aspect of this property is shootable. Our spacious hangar floor-plan can accommodate any type / size shoot, event or production. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This facility was great! Very clean, incredibly spacious and the on-site staff were very helpful and nice. The cyclo was a brilliant white that perfectly melted away in-camera. Illumination was provided by a massive array of Aputure RGB panels which we were able to remotely control with our phone. Only thing I could ask for would be some stingers on-site, since the size of the space meant the cables we brought were stretched pretty far. Would definitely book again!
