Spectacular original steel casement windows, mostly 5'x5', but floor to ceiling in the sunroom/playroom. Newly refurbished by the same master craftsmen trusted by Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater. South-facing house is flooded with natural light all day long. Decorated in a neutral palette of black, white, and natural wood tones, ready for your set designer. Additional accessories available upon request. Extremely easy equipment load in. Truck can pull right up to side door. Property includes in-ground pool (closed for winter), mature landscaping, stone patio/courtyard, flat grassy 50'x100' area, and tree house. Finished Basement (including bathroom) is available for filming or as a holding area and hair & makeup. Unfinished basement still has exposed foundation walls and dirt floors and is super creepy/perfect for horror.
