10-acre desert property that abounds with Joshua trees, desert vegetation, and features amazing panoramic mountain, valley, rock quarry, wind farm, and city valley views.
Accessible hotels, service stations, restaurants, and everything you might need are nearby in Rosamond, Mojave, Lancaster, and Palmdale.
**The $25/hr rate is only applicable for small events up to 30 people, with flat rates for up to 500 people. No permits are required.
