The question I get the most, "Is this a house or a studio or a Mansion?" And I understand the confusion. We're actually inside a modern warehouse with triple high ceilings. But we've created the space to photograph like a European Mansion. (See pictures) You'll find "The VIP Lounge," to offer a larger-than-life scale, that feels more like a grand estate or a glamorous, European-styled manor--offering so much more than a typical "studio." Adjoining this--but offered as a separate studio space--is "The Venetian Room." Once again, 22' ceilings, large hand-carved furniture, and decorative mouldings, all give this unique space a character all it's own. Let it just inspire you! THE VIP LOUNGE is an exclusive, one-of-a-kind space and is the larger of our 2 "panorama-style" studios--where each fully decorated set dovetails seamlessly into the next set-- with lots of furniture that can be moved--or not--according to your needs. This is one of our 2 very entertaining spaces and is constantly being re-imagined for photography and video purposes. A creative, evolving panorama for shooting fashion, music videos, lifestyle, lingerie, boudoir and bridal. The Lounge gives clients "elegance and a high production value" at a fraction of the cost. 22' high ceilings, a lounge, kitchen space, unisex changing room w shower, makeup bar, and an Ivory concert-sized Grand Piano (prop only), all in a secure building with an open floor plan and drive-in access--makes this the ultimate creative experience for photographers, artists and videographers. We do not allow animals or reptiles in the space (no dogs or cats please). FYI: the kind of "nudity" shown in our pictures is allowed. Porn, S & M and Bondage are not allowed in this space. These are adjoining studios, and for those interested in booking both spaces, ("The Lounge" AND "The Venetian Room") we offer them together at a discounted rate of $170 an hour. While most of our bookings come from word of mouth and studio referrals from the last 7 years in this space, we are very excited to be one of the newest "Power Hosts" of the Peerspace community! We're just 12 minutes from PDX International and downtown Portland, and on the riverside of beautiful Vancouver, WA. And tons of parking right in front of our Studio. For both safety, practicality, and security purposes, as well as to handle any questions clients may have--about lighting, electricity and so forth--a Studio Manager is always available in the studio office-- to assist in whatever needs you may have. FYI: For anyone "allergic to cats," we DO have TWO Studio Cats that can be sequested in the office.
