We are a Brooklyn based creative studio space located in the heart of Bushwick open for creation. It is perfect for fashion and beauty photo shoots, portraits, still life, castings, video, photo production, fashion showrooms, meetings and special events. The space is flooded with natural light and huge windows that can be full blackout. Great natural light all day plus basic equipment included in rate. Studio Features include: 1,200 sq ft lofted space with sealed concrete white walls and cement floors and 14 ft ceilings. Available in house grip and eq for video, photo and production needs. Full rental catalog is available upon request. Black out and diffused curtains. Rear entry way with fright elevator for easy load in/out at street-level. Bathrooms available on same level. Small Kitchenette / catering area includes: Full-size Island. Fridge / freezer. Dishwasher. Coffee maker. Filtered water. Kettle. Direct outdoor access to a deck and a rooftop. Our beautiful studio is perfect for your next photo or video shoot!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
