We are a working commercial photo studio suited for high volume fashion and still life production. We offer our space to rent our team has many years of experience to help you elevate your photo video projects. The Studio Clean White Studio 900sft total Daylight studio with 16 white Cyclorama. Perfect for photoshoots, Video Shoots and content creation. The Topps Building is a mixed use building with artist studios and mixed commercial tenants. Studio rental includes basic grip gear such as C-Stands, Boom arms, A-clamps, posing cubes and stools. Does not include Lighting gear or modifiers. Lights not included but can be added for a small fee. See Add-Ons to rent additional gear. We have an extensive gear list that includes camera, lighting, backgrounds and shooting station. We are a working photo studio. Are gear rental is at a fraction of most rental houses charge. Creative Team We have contacts with photographers, stylist, H/M, videographers, Producers. We can produce your whole project. We have all the gear you need or we can bring it in. In the event you need to rent items such as Camera, Lighting, steamer, Capture station we may have it for rent. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
