Angela's space is amazing! We had a sorority event with 70 girls and the venue was perfect. Angela was great to work with and very accommodating. Although the pictures are amazing, the space is even more beautiful and open in person. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Angela was AMAZING and this space was so perfect! We had an issue booking on Peerspace with other spaces last minute, and Angela was so helpful in accommodating us so last minute. The space was clean, with minimalist styling but still SO cozy. Would definitely book again!!

Space was clean and lovely. Host was incredibly responsive and our communication ensured a successful event! Plenty of space for my event of 60+ people!

The space itself is very nice and functioned well enough for our needs, and Angela’s assistant was lovely when she let us in and checked us out. However, we ultimately walked away a bit soured and feeling mislead, even though we are typically very flexible/understanding people and VERY rarely leave negative reviews. First, the space we had access to was not at all what was described. Every door in the house was locked even though the space is advertised with photos of bedrooms and additional bathrooms and sold as the full 5,000 square feet. Speaking of the bathroom, we only had one and ran out of toilet paper toward the end of the night. Another thing we wished we knew was that the main fridge/freezer, and a mini fridge close by, was stocked FULL of groceries. The main fridge had 2 shelves cleared off for us and we were told not to touch anything that was not ours, so not only did we have to tell every one of our guests which food we brought and which was off limits, we didn’t have enough room for what we brought. Angela had confirmed with us that a sound system was available. The only sound system we found was a Sonos 5 speaker, which does not have bluetooth or a cable to connect to a phone. All of the above would’ve been no big deal to us and we would’ve just left without issue…until Angela texted me days later on my personal phone number instead of communicating on the app. Our agreement’s house rules stated dining plates and utensils were included, and I got a text saying “It looks like 4 of my expensive Japanese steak knives are missing and it looks like my dishes were used? Please call me asap.” We hadtried to be polite and ran the dishwasher and even swept after our guests left, even though we were told we didn’t need to, and were reprimanded about what does not go in the dishwasher. Overall the place was nice and very clean, but one thing after another left us feeling like we had a bad experience.

This space was absolutely gorgeous! Perfect for hosting a baby shower.. highly recommend. Angela was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Everyone that attended was blown away by the space!!

Overall this space was great, the house is extremely spacious and well-kept. Cleanliness gets 12/10 100%. The pool and outside space is perfect for outside events &/or photo shoots. Angela was a super responsive and kind host. The space did appear as advertised. The only bit of information I would additionally include in the advertisement would be that host may stay in her office space during the event and her roommate may also be present. Angela had let me know the morning of the event that she would stay in her office being that she had something to do - me and my guests never saw her during the event so everything was fine. However, it was never communicated to us that she had a roommate nor that there was a possibility the roommate would be passing through the house while our event (family reunion) was going on. It is my personal opinion that if you are renting out your home for private events or intimate gatherings, that person is therefore paying for that space and privacy - not to be shared by other people in the home, that potentially causes some awkwardness amongst strangers - which it did. We were later accused of going into her roommates room which should've been locked regardless. After the event Angela apologized for the phone she had given me during the event and said "my roommate was just worried because she had jewelry in her room". . . No body entered the room. Misunderstandings & miscommunication happens so I'd still like to say thank you :-)

Working with Angela was a pleasure. She was very welcoming and her home was spacious and clean - just as advertised. The pool area was perfect for my small-scale photoshoot. I would absolutely book again in the future!

Absolutely stunning home and perfect place for the baby shower! Angela is so very responsive and a pleasure to interact with and easy to work with. Would 10/10 recommend and would rent this space again for future events!
