COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We clean the space once per week and we wipe down all surfaces with disinfectant. We request that renters wipe down popular areas after use as well.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This space is built to meet your photography and videography needs. It is perfect for any clean, minimalistic shoot. It is 1200 sq. ft. and everything inside the space can be used as a prop. We have plenty of paper backdrop options as well as furniture props. We also rent lighting upon request.

WhiteWall Studios is located inside a refurbished mill. There is community parking open to the public.

Space has natural light

Lighting description

The space has 14' south-facing windows. The best lighting comes in between 11am-4pm. The natural light can be controlled either through diffusion or adjusting your scene further away from the light.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

You can hear a train run 3-4 times per day behind the space for about 2-3 minutes each. There is an echo inside the space as well. Audio can be recorded in the space, but understand it won't be studio-level quality.

Equipment loading description

There is no loading zone. You will have to carry your luggage inside from the parking lot unless you need special permissions to pull up to the door, which can be arranged.

Staging area is available

The Changing Room, Beauty Area. It is curtained off.

General Rules

1. All props and furniture must be returned to their original placement upon entering. Leave the space how you found it. 2. Food and drinks are permitted but be sure to clean up after yourself. 3. You must be packed and cleared out of the studio by the time your booking ends. 4. The following is not permitted inside the studio space: pets, smoking, fire, firearms. 5. The studio space is not sound-proof. 6. The use of haze inside the studio space is only permitted with a half-day or longer package.

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture can be moved anywhere around the space but not outside of the space.

Smoke machines are allowed

Nudity is allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

We have two security cameras on site -- one at the front of the studio and one at the back of the studio. They are always recording.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
