Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We abide by all NYC Covid regulations and are fastidious about cleaning protocols.
We ask that production crews please cover the floor and marble countertop with protection before the shoot begins.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Unique and versatile, this Bond Street Loft has hosted dozens of film, television and commercial shoots, including high profile names such as Sofia Coppola, Cadillac, Saoirse Ronan, Calvin Klein, Disney, American Express, Zooey Deschanel, Josh Duhamel, and many more. It works well dressed as a bohemian studio or an artist apartment, a high-end creative or a funky student space.

Parking description
Bond Street is a wide street with metered parking on either side. We also have an alleyway which acts as a driveway for loading in and out.

Lighting description
Floor to ceiling windows let in light all day long, and bouncing off white wrought iron buildings across the street. In the morning and the late afternoon, the rays are long and yellow, extremely scenic. Several iconic indie directors have shot their films here to great effect. My photos don't really do it justice.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
A quiet daytime street with occasional normal NYC noise. It's a cobblestone street which begins on our block (not a through street) so cars can't zoom very fast. And there is rarely any traffic.

Equipment loading description
Very wide one flight of stairs up to our loft which has double doors, so large equipment can easily load in and out.
Staging area is available
There are 2 bedrooms in back.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
One bedroom is off-limits for personal computer use and storage during shoot.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
Outlets are all over the space and the break box has been recently updated.
Circuit breaker can be accessed
General Rules
No smoking inside the building. Floor protection and cover for marble countertops required for film/ tv shoots. Outside catering is allowed. Extra rooms for dressing/ camera. Other units in the building can also be rented, as well as the private alley alongside our building, which runs from Bond Street to Great Jones.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Please include owners and co-op as additional insured with standard $1M liability insurance.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
All floors and marble countertops not used in the scenes must be covered with protective cardboard or paper.
Smoke machines are allowed

Yes, I would book again.
Excellent location with classic NYC loft style. The host/owner was super accommodating and flexible. Usually locations are smaller then they appear in the photos, this was not the case here.
