About the Space
**New Year Promo: $100/hr for Photography Sessions** With incredibly high ceilings and grand industrial windows, this space offers ample versatility to accommodate your video production or photo shoot needs. The square footage allows for constructing customizable builds and green screen sets, while additionally utilizing the vintage, warehouse quality that the studio has to offer. Blackout curtains allow for a complete control over the lighting of the space. Located in a bustling West-End historical building, this 1400 sqft studio (featuring a full kitchen and washroom) allows space for any production! The studio is a 5 minute walk from Bloor Go and Lansdowne Station, and also minutes from streetcar and bus service as well. We also offer onsite free parking and wifi, it is also fully equipped with an alarm system. Storage overnight is available for multi-day rentals. This studio does have an in-studio bathroom as well as a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, sink, coffee machine and water cooler. NOTES: This studio is located down the street from Habibi Film Rentals, a rental house that provides professional-level motion picture cameras, lenses, lighting & support. This studio also has an office loft space and rooftop patio with a view of the city skyline, these extra spaces can be added onto your booking for an extra cost at your request. Additional equipment can be available to book through us, please reach out to see if we have what you need. The studio is not soundproof. Please do not book as a rehearsal space for live music or other higher volume activities. ACCESS: The studio is located on the second floor with stair or freight elevator access. PLEASE NOTE - Guests are required to follow lock-up procedure. - Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of the space, furniture and equipment. - We are not responsible for the damage or loss of the guests' belongings. - Furniture and equipment are available for rent. - Your booking period must include your set up and clean up time. - All guests will have to sign a rental contract. Once signed, access instructions will be provided.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
