Space is best used for individuals, family and children. 6 roller electric backdrop system with background paper. Green screen available. Studio area can be used for video and photography. Studio lighting provided. Before and after hours access. Private dressing area. Very low crime area and lit.

Front area is retail. One room is a printing room and office and the other room is retail storage.
The studio area is in the same area next to the restroom.

General Rules
No smoking or vaping in the building. No outside food allowed. No alcohol allowed.
Extra cost of $5. per foot of paper backdrop used that is damaged. Using it for a background only will not incur extra cost when not damage.
All ages are allowed in the space

Spaces are sprayed with disinfectant spray and restroom are cleaned before each photographer.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
