About the Space

This two bedroom-2bath home is offers wonderful city views from its location at the end of a cul de sac adjacent to a mountain preserve. The entry features a slate tile floor, and the living room offers shutters on the windows and a laminate floor. The eat-in kitchen features a stone floor, granite counters and oak cabinets. In the master bedroom is a plant shelf, walk-in closet, carpeted floor and a full bath. The second bedroom is also carpeted and has arched windows with shutters. There are many hiking trails in walking distance. Many Restaurant near by that deliver. Putting green in the back yard. Mountain views and city views.

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

Brandon’s space was perfect for our bridal shower! The living room area was spacious enough for us to set up what we needed. The backyard and views were beautiful as well. Brandon was very responsive and had everything we needed for a perfect shower! Highly recommend his space.
