About the Space
A new construction custom craftsman home with cathedral ceilings, lots of windows, high-end finishes, and exceptional floor plan with 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and serene outdoor space. The main level consists of a formal entry, formal living room with double-sided fireplace, formal dining, powder room, dedicated laundry room, spacious chefs' kitchen, ideal family room, and en-suite guest bedroom. The upper level consists of 2 en-suite bedrooms, office/bedroom with full bath, laundry closet, and a deluxe master suite. Complete with private driveway, over-sized garage, multiple decks, and a large backyard. This location and house are magical!

Parking description
The house has a long driveway that can fit approximately 8 cars and it is pretty easy to find parking on a nearby street. There are also parking lots nearby that can be rented.

Ambient noise description
The house and neighborhood are very quiet. There are only two houses on the street. You cannot hear any neighbors or traffic from the house.

There are just a few stairs to access the front door. There is a long driveway where loading trucks can be parked.

There are 5 bedrooms and a 3 car garage that can be used as staging areas.

There are circuit breakers upstairs and downstairs in the house. There are too many outlets to count all of them.

General Rules
No smoking is allowed in the house or around the property. No loud music is permitted past 9pm since the house is in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful to our neighbors.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
I want to make sure that if there is any damage done to the inside or outside of the house, the property, or our belongings that the production company covers the costs involved in fixing house/property or replacing belongings.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
We only moved into the house a little over a year ago, so we have very little furniture or artwork. Everything can be easily removed from the building.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
A team of 3 people come to the house every other week to do a deep cleaning.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
