About the Space
Open live/work space in historic Bemis Building. Primary work space is approximately 600 Sq FT with additional small spaces available (see below). This space is primarily used for photography but would also be great for meetings, performance, etc. The space is equipped with several 9ft paper roll options, 2 portable paper backdrop stands, 1 C-Stand, continual lighting options, some props and drapery materials. STAGE = 250 SQ FT Walkin + Small Loft = 250 SQ FT

Between each guest all equipment will be reset and sanitized and all surfaces will be wiped down.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
