About the Space
The space is first and foremost a bookshop storefront. There are 3 main spots in this space. The first space is the lower level in which artists can rent out spaces to put out and showcase their work as well as do the artwork. This also goes for the other two main spots which are on the upper level. The main spots on the upper-level consist of a backroom which can be early closed for more privacy. Next to the back room is the third main spot which is also the front and a center area with a window seat. There is 1 bathroom. Activities that work well are showcasing your artwork (all types of art) in this storefront (for long periods of time), as well as doing the work there. Poetry venue Nights, Musical venue nights, Open Mic Nights, Birthday parties, and Speed dating nights are also all possibilities.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
